All orders cost £1.10 delivery and will be sent First Class via Royal Mail. This method takes between 1-3 working days.
Some items are handmade to order, so please allow 1-3 working days for your item to be made before we ship it to you.
Upgraded Tracked & Signed shipping is available for UK orders at checkout at £6.75 and takes 1-2 working days to process and be delivered.
Free standard UK delivery is available for all orders of over £20.
Orders delivered within the Europe cost £3.50 and are sent International Standard.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Any item purchased and not cancelled within 14 days
Any item received as a gift.
Cancellations must be done within 14 days of the order being placed. Any cancellation that occurs after 14 days will be considered as a return only.
Cancelled orders must be returned within 14 days otherwise no refund will be given.
Do not return an item without contacting us first. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus the original postage costs.
Postage for returns is the buyer's responsibility.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items are eligible for refunds and returns. However, any item marked as "Seconds" are not eligible for refunds or returns.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Postage for exchange items are made at the expense of the buyer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
